Slow Cooker Cowboy Beans

Slow Cooker Cowboy Beans are a hearty and flavorful dish perfect for a cozy night in. This recipe combines ground beef, beans, and a savory sauce cooked low and slow to perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can 15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until it turns brown


Get rid of extra fat


Put the minced garlic and diced onion in the pan and cook until the onion gets soft


Put the slow cooker on high and add the cooked beef, onion, and garlic


Take the kidney beans, black beans, and pinto beans out of the can and rinse them


Then put them in the slow cooker


BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper should all be mixed in


Don't open the lid


Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, stirring every now and then


If you need to, change the seasoning before serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 4 hamburger buns

  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for topping

Instructions:

Put breadcrumbs, red onion, minced garlic, egg, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl


Add the ground turkey and mix it all together


Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed


Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty


Warm up your grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat and lightly grease it


They should be cooked for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are done all the way through and have a nice golden brown crust


On the grill, toast the buns for about one minute, until they get a little crispy


To make your burgers, put lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun, then add the cooked turkey patty and your favorite toppings


After putting the burger together, put the top bun on it and it's ready to go!

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325F 165C

Gently fold the beaten egg whites and vanilla extract into the pistachio mixture until well combined

Thinly slice the beef, pork, or venison and put it in a large plastic bag that can be closed again and again


Put the meat in the bag, seal it, and give it a light shake to make sure it's well covered


Put the mixture in the fridge for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight for the best results


Warm the grill up to a medium-high level


Take the meat out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade


Grill the meat for three to four minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it

Instructions:

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a greased crock pot


In a bowl, mix together condensed soup and chicken broth


Pour mixture over chicken


Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the soup mixture


Drizzle melted butter evenly over the stuffing mix


Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender


About 1 hour before serving, add green beans to the crock pot, pushing them down into the liquid


Cover and continue cooking until green beans are tender


Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving
