OUR BEGINNINGS
With the goal of one day opening their own restaurant, this is a dream come true for Rob and Jodi. Even more exciting to be center stage at an award winning winery.
This involved a big move from Wellington to Nelson to start fresh in a new area. This is not the first time for the couple as they have moved often, however, the first time since starting a family.

Family time is important to Rob and Jodi. Finding a beautiful area to settle for Koa to grow up in, was essential.
Rob began his career cooking for prestigious locations all around Chicago. He moved to NZ and met Jodi and the rest is history. He's also worked at many reputable New Zealand restaurants and is a Cuisine Top 100 Chef.
Jodi, with 20 years of experience in high end hotels and restaurants; Jodi brings calm, thought, and a deep wine knowledge to North Eatery. She's the Wizard behind the cloth.
